I just needed an oil change for my '99 Buick Century. Big Mike quoted a price that was lower than I expected and then he told me they only
use Synthetic Blend engine oil, BETTER than I expected. He and his crew, not only changed my oil, but checked my car over FOR FREE !!
Mike suggested that IF I was going to keep the car for any length of time ---- these are the things that I should have taken care of. He quoted
a price and never mentioned it again. He went to all that trouble and still just charged me for the oil change.
It so happens that my Daughter was visiting and was having trouble with her vehicle. Needles to say --- I brought her to Big Mike !!!!. She told him what the problems were and left the vehicle in his hands. A few hours later -- we picked it up and after driving it a while -- she actually called Mike to tell him how HAPPY she was with his work !! If she didn't live in Pa., I'm sure you would have another Customer.
As for me --- now one else will touch either one of my cars...... Richard S Brown
